It looks like a Project Cars glitch not a real crash. Utterly incredible that everyone is ok. The chap in the flying car even got out under his own power, didnt need help.

Apparently he got out of the car but was then stretchered off to an ambulance

I would guess he had to be taken via stretcher as he will have triggered the G Force warnings from an accident that violent that will require him to be stretchered away.
